RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal Under European Union law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at contact@vayanaclothing.fr. Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used: underwear, swimwear, and accessories in direct contact with the skin.
3. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Vayana Clothing is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@vayanaclothing.fr within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
7. Sale Items Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, in accordance with EU consumer law.
8. Delivery Timeframe Orders are delivered within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of dispatch.
