SECTION 3 – ORDER ACCURACY

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by email and fully refunded.

SECTION 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. SECTION 5 – LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY (EU LAW)

All products sold by Vayana Clothing are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC and French law. If a product is defective or does not conform to its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Vayana Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our site at any time, including after an order has been submitted. We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
